Resort Manager

About the role

The Resort Manager is responsible for driving overall profitability and ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all resort functions, including accommodations, food and beverage, guest services, maintenance, and marketing. This role upholds brand standards while fostering sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize daily operations in all resort departments to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Maintain and elevate the resort’s brand standards and guest satisfaction scores.
• Lead and develop department heads, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure fiscal targets are met.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing clientele.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in hotel or resort management, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen and operational expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of hospitality systems, cost control, and guest‑relation management.
• Understanding of Philippine regulatory compliance.
