Reservation Assistant

About the role

The Reservation Assistant will manage booking requests and ensure guests secure hotel rooms, restaurant tables or event slots. You will provide accurate information, process reservations and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle booking inquiries via phone, email or online platforms.
• Provide details on availability, rates and services.
• Enter, update and confirm reservations in the reservation system.
• Communicate booking confirmations and relevant information to customers.
• Process cancellations, modifications and maintain reservation records.
• Maintain accurate customer data and respond politely and efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in reservations, front‑office or customer service is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Familiarity with reservation software and basic computer skills.
• Strong understanding of customer‑service principles and hotel service offerings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
