Research Operations Manager

About the role

The Research Operations Manager enables Global Research to operate efficiently, consistently, and at scale. This role provides the operational backbone for research publication, disclosure tracking, collaboration administration, knowledge management, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staging and publication of research articles, ensuring formatting, naming conventions, and PDF standards.
• Maintain and update research articles in Content Management Systems for quality and consistency.
• Track vulnerability disclosures to vendors, maintaining visibility of status and key dates.
• Maintain master lists of articles, tools, conference talks, reports, and authors for the Annual Research Report.
• Update collaboration spaces such as SharePoint, Jira, and internal wikis with new links, policies, and templates.
• Support administration of academic collaborations, including coordination, documentation, and tracking of deliverables.
• Capture and track commercial research activity to provide leadership visibility of pipeline and outputs.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• Strong operational coordination and administration experience in content, research, publishing, or project support environments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, maintain accurate records, and keep detail‑heavy processes on track.
• Comfortable working with globally distributed teams across different time zones.
