Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will transform business data into actionable insights to support Sales and the wider organization in making informed decisions. The role involves building and maintaining reports and dashboards, monitoring KPIs, ensuring data quality, and supporting Salesforce reporting and administration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building, maintaining, and refreshing dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce, and monitor KPIs.
• Perform routine data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks, identifying inconsistencies and supporting corrective actions.
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, and support data cleansing, imports, deduplication, and field validation.
• Support senior analysts in developing analytical frameworks, KPI definitions, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and other teams to understand reporting requirements and troubleshoot data issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual reporting processes and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, lookup functions, charts, data manipulation).
• Microsoft Office 365 environment.
• Power BI (experience or exposure).
• Salesforce reporting and dashboards (experience or exposure).
