About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to support daily floor operations in our retail store. You will ensure merchandise is properly displayed, assist customers, and handle transactions to meet the store's operational and commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, including excess stock and truck deliveries, following company guidelines.
• Execute correct planograms and scan items for inventory counts.
• Perform product fronting, labeling, and participate in opening, closing, and cleaning tasks to maintain store presentation.
• Assist customers by answering questions about product location, features, function, and price, both in‑store and via phone.
• Process cash and card transactions, handle returns, and follow cash‑handling policies to ensure accurate sales closure.

Required profile

• High school diploma completed.
• Previous experience as a storekeeper, cashier, or general helper.
• Customer‑service experience is desirable.
