Reporting, Governance and Vendor Management Lead

About the role

The Reporting, Governance and Vendor Management Lead will own the end‑to‑end recruitment analytics, vendor accreditation and compliance framework for the Human Resources Group of a leading bank. This role partners closely with recruitment teams and senior HR leadership to provide data‑driven insights and ensure all external recruitment partners meet strict governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain dashboards tracking time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, diversity metrics and source effectiveness.
• Deliver actionable insights to HR leadership for workforce planning and executive reporting.
• Ensure audit‑ready documentation of recruitment metrics in line with banking compliance requirements.
• Facilitate vendor accreditation, onboarding and renewal processes, guaranteeing adherence to labor laws, data privacy and banking regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison between recruitment teams and external vendors, streamlining vendor‑related workflows.
• Maintain governance routines such as meeting cadences, agendas, minutes and action logs.
• Drive risk mitigation strategies and prepare for internal and external audit reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment operations, vendor management or HR governance, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven reporting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
