Remote Xactimate Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a remote Xactimate Virtual Assistant to transform field data into accurate property damage estimates and support the claims process for our restoration clients.

Key responsibilities

• Convert field notes, sketches, Matterport scans and photos into precise line‑item estimates using Xactimate (X1 or Online).
• Analyze carrier estimates versus site conditions and prepare evidence‑based supplement packages.
• Gather and organize supporting documentation such as moisture logs, psychrometric data and labeled photos to ensure compliance.
• Manage workflow and follow up with insurance adjusters to accelerate approvals and keep projects moving.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience creating mitigation and reconstruction estimates in Xactimate.
• Knowledge of residential/commercial restoration, construction terminology, IICRC standards and insurance billing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, distraction‑free home office and a computer capable of running estimating software.
