Remote Recruiter for Door-to-Door Sales & Installers

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, results‑driven Recruiter to lead hiring for our expanding team of door‑to‑door sales representatives and installers. This remote position focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for U.S.‑based roles.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage job postings on Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
• Source candidates for door‑to‑door sales and installer positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews.
• Evaluate candidates using established hiring criteria.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers when applicable.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Required profile

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Proven experience recruiting candidates for U.S.-based positions.
• Experience recruiting international candidates for U.S. employment is highly preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Indeed and other online recruiting platforms.
