Remote Pricing Consultant – BPO

About the role

Join TTEC as a Remote Pricing Consultant and support the BPO business by shaping pricing strategies for new and existing client engagements. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations and senior leadership to ensure profitable and competitive pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate pricing proposals across all BPO segments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Advise Sales, Finance and Operational leaders on deal pricing, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and refine pricing models, conduct financial analysis and document deal terms.
• Monitor pricing outcomes versus actual results and industry trends, integrating learnings into pricing methodology.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Client Success, Human Capital, Operations, Finance, Technology) to drive optimal client solutions.
• Prepare regular management reports and ad‑hoc analyses on profitability by client, program and location.
• Research location‑specific cost structures and model “what‑if” pricing scenarios.
• Update client pricing for renewals, CPI adjustments and foreign‑exchange changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in financial analysis, including financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable pricing insights.
