Remote Operations Coordinator

About the role

Eandd is recruiting a full-time remote Operations Coordinator. The role combines high-volume data entry, insurance claim follow-up and administrative support, with direct contact between the candidate and the client. Payments are handled by the client, not the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy.
• Speak with insurance companies to check the status of insurance claims.
• Add and update customer and job information in the CRM/Job Management system (Restoration Manager).
• Create, review and update estimates using Xactimate.
• Track, reconcile and maintain sales expenses, and keep accurate records across multiple systems and databases.
• Review work carefully to correct errors before submission, and organize digital files and documentation.
• Handle several administrative tasks at once while meeting deadlines, and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of virtual assistant experience, preferably supporting a US-based company.
• Proven experience in administrative support and high-volume data entry.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong attention to detail.
• Strong organization, time management and multitasking skills, able to work independently and learn new systems quickly.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated workspace and a backup internet solution.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting and data management.
• Xactimate is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Restoration Manager or similar CRM/Job Management software is preferred.
• Experience supporting insurance restoration, construction or property claims businesses is preferred.
