Remote Job Placement Recruiter for H‑1B, H‑2B & H‑3 Visa Clients

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing recruiter to source and apply for job openings on behalf of clients pursuing H‑1B, H‑2B, and H‑3 visas. The role is fully remote and supports families navigating U.S. immigration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source employers that sponsor H‑1B, H‑2B, and H‑3 visas.
• Match visa clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Submit applications on clients’ behalf and follow up with employers.
• Track application status and keep clients informed of their pipeline.
• Consistently achieve placement and submission targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in job sourcing, placement, or recruiting.
• Familiarity with H‑1B, H‑2B, or H‑3 visa sponsorship processes.
• Strong English communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Experience with job boards, ATS, or sourcing tools is a strong plus.
