Remote Interior Designer & Content Creator (VA)

About the role

Pro Work, a premium design‑build remodeling firm serving Central Florida, is seeking a remote Interior Designer & Content Creator Virtual Assistant. This hybrid position blends residential design work with visual storytelling to showcase high‑end kitchen, bathroom and whole‑home renovations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop kitchen, bathroom and whole‑home designs using Chief Architect and Pro Kitchen.
• Create photorealistic renderings, VR experiences and browser‑based walkthroughs.
• Produce accurate plans, elevations and 3D models for client visualization.
• Select finishes, fixtures, cabinetry and materials that align with project budgets and styles.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure design‑build alignment.
• Capture project photos and video before, during and after construction.
• Edit and produce content for Instagram, Facebook and the company website.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule to grow the brand and generate leads.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Chief Architect and Pro Kitchen.
• Working knowledge of at least one rendering or VR tool (e.g., D5 Render, Enscape, Twinmotion, Shapespark).
• Strong design eye supported by a portfolio of residential projects.
• Comfortable shooting and editing photo/video content (CapCut, Lightroom or similar).
• Organized, self‑directed and able to juggle design deadlines with a content calendar.
• Experience in construction or remodeling is preferred.
