Remote Healthcare Virtual Assistant – Registered Nurse

About the role

Snapscale is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work remotely as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant. You will support U.S.-based healthcare providers by handling both administrative and clinical coordination tasks while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist US healthcare providers with administrative and clinical coordination.
• Manage patient records, scheduling, and insurance verifications.
• Handle medical documentation and maintain accurate information in EMR/EHR systems.
• Provide virtual patient support, conducting inbound and outbound follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with patients and healthcare teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
• Support day‑to‑day healthcare administrative workflows efficiently and professionally.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Tech‑savvy and able to quickly learn new systems.
• Professional, empathetic, and patient‑focused attitude.
• Stable internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace for remote work.
