About the role
We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join an established insurance company. The role involves assisting policyholders with inquiries about insurance policies, claims, and account support while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat.
- Answer questions about insurance policies, coverage details, and general inquiries.
- Provide support on claims status and basic policy updates.
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and service quality.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or client support.
- English proficiency at C1/C2 or native level (spoken and written).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to work with two monitors.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and attention to detail.
- Patient, empathetic, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency using email and chat communication tools.
- Familiarity with internal ticketing or case management platforms.
