About the role

As a Customer Advocate with an inbound sales focus, you will combine empathetic support with proactive selling to help shoppers find the perfect products and bundles for their needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate with shoppers via chat, email, and phone to provide product recommendations and create bundles.
  • Drive sales by leveraging deep knowledge of the brand’s identity and product line.
  • Handle returns and tracking inquiries while identifying opportunities to save the sale.
  • Maintain the brand’s tone, voice, and service standards in every interaction.

Required profile

  • At least 1 year of remote customer support experience with a focus on sales or upselling.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download and upload).
  • Computer with an Intel i5 processor or higher.
