Remote Business Development Manager – IT Sales

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to join a strategic consultancy provider on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on generating new IT sales opportunities and closing deals with senior decision‑makers in the US, UK and EU markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage corporate decision‑makers (Director level and above) through proactive outreach.
• Manage the complete 360° sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using the Pipedrive CRM.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
• Leverage LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead sourcing and qualification.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of proven tech‑sales experience selling into the US, UK or EU.
• Demonstrated success in full‑cycle sales with short sales cycles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Stable career history with a focus on exceeding targets.
• Professional LinkedIn network of 400+ connections.
