Regulatory Officer – Open to Fresh Graduates (Registered Pharmacist)

About the role

The Regulatory Officer will support the pharmacy team by ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This entry‑level position is open to recent pharmacy graduates who hold a valid PRC registration and are eager to begin a career in regulatory affairs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret applicable pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory matters.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries.
• Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Support investigations related to regulatory compliance issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmacist (RPh) with a valid, unexpired PRC ID.
• Preferably at least one year of experience in a related field, though fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work onsite at Greenhills, San Juan City.

Required skills

• Above‑average computer skills.
