Regional Manager – Supply Chain Services

About the role

The Regional Manager – Supply Chain Services will lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations across the Philippines region, ensuring service excellence for both B2B and B2C customers. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate regional strategies into actionable business cases and drive transformation through automation and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the complete CCS supply chain footprint across the region, delivering consistent performance and cost‑to‑serve targets.
• Convert regional strategies into business cases and roll them out across markets.
• Continuously improve the service catalogue via automation, process optimisation and capability scaling.
• Partner with global and regional teams to embed data‑driven, future‑fit supply chain processes.
• Lead distributed teams in global service hubs, fostering high performance, engagement and customer‑centric delivery.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities that drive growth, efficiency and cost optimisation.
• Act as centre‑of‑excellence lead for key workstreams, shaping standards and building expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of leadership experience managing managers or large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Solid background in supply chain, customer service or commercial operations within complex, international environments.
• Proven track record of delivering transformation, operational excellence and measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, stakeholder ecosystems and performance drivers.
