Regional HR Programs Partner

About the role

The Regional HR Programs Partner supports the delivery of regional HR programs and projects, with a strong focus on operational execution across a range of workflows. The role coordinates activities across a defined region, supports delivery of regional HR programs, projects and initiatives, and provides communication across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and execute timely delivery of HR services in collaboration with a regional HR Business Partner Team
• Innovate and contribute to new ways of working, including operational, process and system improvements
• Prepare and provide status updates and reports to stakeholders, including follow-up to drive results
• Assist with new system and application testing, documentation and implementation
• Coordinate and give administrative support to HR projects: meetings and agendas, project plans, timelines, action logs and status updates
• Establish and manage communications on programs and team activity, and contribute to reporting and communication activities
• Maintain strong working relationships with functional stakeholders and partner organisations and teams

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification such as a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, Project Management)
• 2+ years of experience in an HR team environment (HR generalist, HR administration or shared services, HR partnering or projects)
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, self-driven and able to work autonomously
• Client centricity, solutions orientation and high standards of delivery
• English proficiency, verbal and written, with confident communication skills
• Aptitude for learning new (tech) systems and applications

• MS Office suite (essential)
• Advantageous: HR systems such as Workday and analytics tools such as Visier
• Advantageous: payroll processes, compliance and audit contribution, or process improvement work
