Regional Finance Officer – Metro Davao

About the role

The Regional Finance Officer will be based in Metro Davao and will manage the financial operations of Forest Lake’s sites across the Mindanao region. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures accurate recording, monitoring and reporting of all financial transactions, supporting both regional managers and corporate leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse regional financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables and payables for multiple sites.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with site managers on financial reporting and performance metrics.
• Support internal and external audits and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in regional, multi‑site or corporate finance, preferably in services, real estate or related industries.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple locations and deadlines.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Metro Davao and travel within the region as needed.
