Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead the sourcing, interviewing and hiring of qualified candidates across our organization. The role works closely with site managers to anticipate staffing needs and ensure a steady flow of applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit and interview prospective employees using various channels such as advertising, direct contact, employee referrals and job fairs.
• Match applicant skills to job responsibilities and support pre‑employment testing and behavioral interviewing.
• Partner with site management to understand and anticipate recruiting needs, ensuring appropriate applicant flow.
• Monitor and achieve team account targets through keep‑warm pipelines, day‑one show‑up and compliance monitoring.
• Track attrition and training concerns in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Act as a company ambassador by participating in community events and building external business relationships.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams.
