Recruitment Specialist (Construction/Engineering)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and support our construction and engineering divisions. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design sourcing strategies.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
• Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and recruitment strategy.
• Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Stay current on industry trends, labor market insights, and best practices.
• Promote employer branding initiatives to attract high‑quality talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter in an in‑house or agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
