Recruitment Sourcing Specialist – High‑Volume Blue‑Collar Roles

About the role

FastGig, part of FastCo, is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to build and maintain a robust pipeline of blue‑collar and contract talent. You will actively hunt, engage, and secure hourly workers for high‑volume roles across logistics, retail, and warehousing.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage candidates for warehouse operators, delivery riders, retail assistants, packers, and similar contract positions.
• Deploy creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok), community networks, and referral programs.
• Conduct high‑volume phone or video screenings to assess availability, reliability, skills, and fit.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the initial stages, ensuring a transparent and welcoming experience.
• Track sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and report pipeline health to the recruitment team.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in high‑volume sourcing or recruitment, preferably in blue‑collar, logistics, retail, or contract staffing.
• Comfortable using social media groups, messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram), and local community boards.
• Ability to assess candidate fit quickly and keep the pipeline moving without sacrificing quality.
• Resilient, problem‑solving attitude with the ability to pivot amid shifting priorities.
