Recruitment Resourcer – Manufacturing & Trades (Remote)

About the role

This is a phone‑first recruitment position focused on sourcing and placing blue‑collar, trades and industrial talent for US and Australian clients. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job brief to post‑placement follow‑up, while working remotely from the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Make 20–40 candidate calls daily, balancing inbound follow‑ups and outbound cold‑calling/headhunting.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and networking.
• Write and post engaging job ads and maintain an active talent pipeline.
• Conduct phone and virtual screening interviews, assess technical capability, cultural fit and compliance.
• Perform reference checks and verify licences, tickets and WHS documentation.
• Present shortlisted candidates with concise summaries to consultants and clients.

Required profile

• 1.5–2+ years of agency recruitment experience in manufacturing, industrial or trades & labour markets (US or AUS).
• Proven ability to handle high call volumes and fast‑turnaround placements.
• Strong knowledge of site‑based compliance, licences, tickets and WHS requirements.
• Experience with labour‑hire or on‑hire workforce models is a plus.

Required skills

• Understanding of industrial awards, forklift/EWP licences and related compliance.
