Recruitment Lead – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Recruitment Lead will drive talent acquisition strategies for the bank’s National Capital Region operations, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and external partners for talent programs.
• Assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and administer assessment tools.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, providing structured feedback to hiring managers.
• Partner with Business Unit Heads and HR Business Partners to align role requirements and selection criteria.
• Ensure compliance with BSP regulations and internal audit standards, maintaining accurate ATS records.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
• Supervise HR officers, offering coaching and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in banking or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of interview techniques and selection processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in using social media and online platforms for talent sourcing.
