Recruitment Lead

About the role

Capital One is seeking a Recruitment Lead to oversee the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for its Alabang site. The role will ensure that hiring needs are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate recruitment operations and enforce standardized processes across the team.
• Monitor the full recruitment lifecycle, from demand management to onboarding, and recommend process improvements.
• Analyze staffing data, prepare presentations for weekly meetings and business reviews, and align sourcing strategies with ramp‑up plans.
• Track recruitment financials against budget and manage cost‑effectiveness.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies such as job fairs, online sourcing, and employee referral programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with line‑of‑business leaders, external vendors, procurement, finance, and US counterparts.
• Lead and develop the recruitment team, set productivity targets, and provide coaching and career development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Management or Human Resources Management.
• 3‑5 years of recruitment experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Internal certification for behavior and skills assessment.
• Strong judgment, analytical ability, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, mid‑shift schedule; agencies not accepted.
