Recruitment Coordinator – Talent Acquisition Process Specialist

About the role

Join IBM as a Recruitment Coordinator within the RPO team and become the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers. You will support the full recruiting lifecycle, applying innovative sourcing and selection techniques while ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily talent acquisition transactions, delivering accurate and timely services.
• Apply HR and TA knowledge to optimise business‑process support and implement improvements.
• Handle a broad range of HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, coordination, scheduling and analyst reporting.
• Provide team leadership by guiding colleagues, directing work and acting as an escalation point.
• Identify and execute process enhancements to meet both client and IBM requirements.

Required profile

• Familiarity with HR and talent acquisition processes such as recruitment, onboarding and coordination.
• Experience managing transaction‑focused TA activities with an eye for accuracy and timeliness.
• Exposure to process‑improvement initiatives within an HR context.
• Basic understanding of team‑leadership principles and the ability to guide peers.
