Recruitment Coordinator – RPO

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) operations. In this administrative position you will manage interview scheduling, travel logistics, offer generation, background checks and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Contact applicants and hiring managers to arrange interviews and coordinate travel as needed.
• Post job requisitions and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep requisition statuses current.
• Generate and send offer letters and packages, and conduct welcome calls prior to start dates.
• Facilitate background investigations, monitor vendor activity, and resolve any background variance issues.
• Kick‑off, monitor, and complete onboarding tasks for new hires.
• Update the ATS with interview outcomes, status notifications, and other relevant data.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required by management.

Required profile

• At least 1 + year of experience in recruitment administration (scheduling, onboarding, offers).
• Minimum 1 + year experience in candidate selection processes.
• At least 6 months experience in Human Resources or staffing.
• Exposure to team‑leadership principles and ability to guide colleagues on processes.
• Advanced knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, coordination, scheduling, and reporting.
