Recruitment Coordinator – RPO

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) operations. The role focuses on scheduling interviews, managing travel logistics, extending offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Arrange travel and book resources for interview sessions.
• Post job requisitions and generate offer letters/packages.
• Facilitate background investigations and monitor vendor activities.
• Kick‑off, perform, monitor, and complete onboarding activities.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate status notifications.
• Manage requisition statuses and generate internal/external reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and onboarding.
• At least 1 year of experience in the candidate selection process.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Human Resources or staffing.
• RPO experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
