Recruitment Coordinator (RPO)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) operations. The role will handle interview scheduling, travel arrangements, offer generation, background checks and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Arrange travel and book resources for interview sessions.
• Generate and send offer letters and packages.
• Facilitate background investigations and monitor vendor activities.
• Kick‑off, perform, monitor and complete onboarding tasks.
• Update the applicant management database and send status notifications.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate requisition statuses.
• Post job requisitions and perform miscellaneous duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• At least 1 + year experience in recruitment administration or candidate selection.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Human Resources or staffing.
• Experience with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
