Recruitment Coordinator – Crew Management & Social Media

About the role

Anglo‑Eastern is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support crew documentation, verification processes and social‑media recruitment activities. The role blends maritime crew management with digital outreach, ensuring accurate records while promoting the company’s brand online.

Key responsibilities

• Update, encode, scan and upload crew certificates and documents to systems such as DMS, Hanseaticsoft, Seacrew, NS5, CFM and On‑board Tracker.
• Verify SIRB, COC and COP via the MARINA MISMO website and confirm sea‑service records through SHIPSDB and EQUASIS.
• Maintain complete sea‑service records for ratings up to current rank.
• Create, edit and publish social‑media content (text, images, videos) on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to showcase maritime operations and crew life.
• Manage daily social‑media platform activities, including comment and messenger auto‑replies.
• Engage online communities, build follower bases and produce monthly analytics reports.
• Assist candidates from AE Cebu and AE Iloilo throughout the recruitment process and prepare the MHR41 checklist for new applicants.

Required profile

• Experience or understanding of crew manning, maritime training or hospitality desk roles.
• Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in IT or Marketing are welcome.
• Young, energetic, trainable and motivated to grow within the position.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Parañaque.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva for content creation.
• Active use of major social‑media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
