Recruitment Consultant – Hybrid Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join MicroSourcing’s talent acquisition team. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule and combines hybrid work with on‑site activities at our Quezon City and Clark locations.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through databases, social media groups and other channels.
• Screen resumes against job briefs and conduct initial phone interviews covering availability, licensing, location, compensation expectations, work rights and reliability.
• Shortlist qualified candidates and schedule interviews, with the possibility of conducting further interview rounds.
• Follow up on timesheets and manage bulk SMS/email campaigns for high‑volume hiring needs.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to assess candidate suitability quickly.
• Comfortable working night shifts and handling multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting across Quezon City and Clark.
