Recruitment Candidate Consultant – UK Education (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

UCM Education is seeking 1‑2 Recruitment Candidate Consultants to support its UK Education desks from the Philippines. This full‑time, remote position focuses on fast‑paced candidate delivery for early years, teachers, teaching assistants and SEN staff placements in UK schools.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage education candidates using the existing database, job boards and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews and assess suitability, communication skills and availability.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines through consistent follow‑up and timely communication.
• Update the CRM accurately, book candidates for next steps and support them through the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants to meet placement targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of candidate‑facing recruitment experience.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Coachable, driven and comfortable working in a high‑velocity environment.
• Based in the Philippines and able to work remotely full‑time.
