Recruitment Admin (UK Hospitality Recruitment, Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support our UK hospitality recruitment team. The role focuses on sourcing and coordinating candidates for kitchen and restaurant positions such as chefs, sous‑chefs, kitchen staff, restaurant managers and bar managers. You will work from our Manila office in a hybrid arrangement, handling day‑to‑day administration for a fast‑paced agency.

Key responsibilities

• Post and manage job ads on UK job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates and maintain talent pipelines for hospitality roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters and clients.
• Communicate regularly with candidates about application status and next steps.
• Assist with onboarding documentation, compliance and record‑keeping in the ATS.
• Support recruiters with general administrative tasks and ensure confidentiality of all data.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a recruitment agency, preferably within hospitality.
• Proven track record hiring chefs, sous‑chefs, kitchen staff, restaurant and bar managers.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn, JobAdder or HubSpot CRM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
