Recruiter (RPO)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiter specialized in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to support its talent acquisition initiatives. You will act as the first point of contact for active candidates, convey the client’s EVP, and help shape the hiring experience for leading companies across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Post job requisitions on various job boards.
• Maintain strong relationships with client subject‑matter experts.
• Identify innovation and process‑optimization opportunities.
• Foster collaborative environments using Agile practices.
• Participate in role discovery meetings and define sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates using resume reviews, pre‑recorded or scripted interviews, and scoring criteria.
• Notify candidates through the ATS/CRM and submit shortlists to hiring managers or Talent Acquisition Business Partners.
• Keep recruitment systems accurately updated.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in an in‑house, RPO, or agency setting.
• Minimum 6 months of experience with a web‑based applicant tracking system.
• Knowledge of functional recruitment best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
