Recruiter (RPO)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiter specialized in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to manage inbound and active candidate pipelines. You will partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition business partners to source, screen, and present qualified talent for a variety of client requisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and coordinate interview logistics.
• Post job requisitions on relevant job boards and maintain accurate listings.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with client subject‑matter experts.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimisation within recruitment workflows.
• Participate in role discovery meetings to define delivery expectations, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
• Apply screening and selection criteria to evaluate candidates via resume review, pre‑recorded or scripted interviews.
• Notify candidates of opportunities through the ATS/CRM and keep status updates current.
• Submit shortlists to hiring managers or talent acquisition business partners and provide regular requisition updates.
• Ensure all recruitment systems are accurately maintained.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in an in‑house, RPO, or agency environment.
• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience with a web‑based applicant tracking system.
• Knowledge of functional recruitment best practices for at least 6 months.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
