Recruiter (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team remotely from anywhere in the Philippines. You will build and maintain a virtual bench of qualified candidates, ensuring a strong cultural fit for our clients and delivering a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting for client locations, including creating job ads and talent attraction strategies.
• Gather hiring requirements from managers, track requisitions, and maintain candidate activity in the ATS.
• Conduct reference and background checks, extend offers, and negotiate when required.
• Research markets and build pipelines of qualified, including under‑represented, talent.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports and present data‑driven insights.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, refine resumes, and handle mass openings across administrative and professional roles.

Required profile

• Experience using internet recruiting systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to create reports and interpret hiring data.
• Familiarity with web‑based job boards and sourcing techniques.
• Proven skill in direct sourcing and crafting effective Boolean search strings.
