Recruiter II – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Recruiter II is responsible for end‑to‑end talent acquisition across clinical, operational and corporate functions. Working closely with hiring managers, the recruiter designs sourcing strategies, manages candidate pipelines and ensures a compliant, efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from entry‑level to senior positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment plans.
• Source and engage candidates using recruiting platforms, talent intelligence tools and professional networks.
• Conduct structured screenings and interviews, evaluating qualifications, licensure and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and provide market insights to hiring leaders.
• Develop talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions and share market intelligence.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and support Manila‑based recruiting teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in the United States.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare, behavioral health or multi‑site organizations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and healthcare regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using recruiting platforms and talent intelligence tools.
• Ability to analyze complex documents and communicate findings clearly.
