Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

Advanced Energy is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end hiring for entry‑ to mid‑level positions across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and place top talent, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer.
• Post job advertisements, screen resumes, conduct phone/online interviews, and present shortlists.
• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and feedback with hiring managers.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media, building pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and pipeline status.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
• Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and on‑site recruitment events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor environments.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
