About the role
AMS is seeking a proactive Recruiter focused on Early Careers and Campus hiring. You will partner with hiring managers and talent development teams to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and campus representatives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for early‑career roles, from vacancy intake to offer negotiation.
- Monitor funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with recruiters to apply best‑practice approaches.
- Ensure compliance by tracking candidate status and requisition updates in real time across all systems.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 + years of 360‑degree recruitment experience.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience in early‑career or campus recruitment with ownership of end‑to‑end delivery.
