Recruiter Assistant & Candidate Researcher – Engineering Talent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter Assistant / Candidate Researcher to support our engineering talent acquisition team. The role focuses on sourcing, researching, and building pipelines of technical candidates for semiconductor, embedded systems, software, and hardware positions.

Key responsibilities

• Search for engineering and technical candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals and networking platforms.
• Identify talent with backgrounds in semiconductor, FPGA, ASIC, embedded software, hardware, validation, design verification, and manufacturing.
• Build and maintain organized candidate pipelines and update information in ATS and recruiting databases.
• Research target companies to uncover potential engineering talent.
• Assist recruiters with lead generation, urgent staffing needs, initial outreach, and talent mapping projects.
• Support market research and competitive talent analysis.

Required profile

• Strong internet research and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail and accurate data management.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Comfortable learning technical engineering terminology.
