Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to design and execute hiring strategies that support our company’s growth objectives. The role involves close collaboration with business units to ensure talent acquisition aligns with development plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment plans based on business development needs.
• Conduct in‑depth position analysis and drive recruitment progress, including resume screening, candidate recommendations, and interview coordination.
• Evaluate recruitment effectiveness and continuously optimize processes.
• Support additional HR projects, report HR‑related issues to supervisors, and propose improvement actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the e‑commerce sector.
• Familiarity with multiple recruitment channels, interview techniques, and local labor legislation.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
