About the role

As a Real Estate Client Acquisition Specialist you will be the first voice homeowners hear, turning outbound outreach into qualified opportunities. Working remotely, you will build trust, handle objections, and guide conversations from initial contact to genuine intent, supporting ClearDesk’s fast‑moving real‑estate business.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to targeted lead lists, including newsletter and direct‑mail recipients.
• Handle objections confidently and engage affluent, educated homeowners in meaningful dialogue.
• Track and report key performance metrics such as call volume, contact rate, and conversion rate.
• Utilize a local‑presence dialer system to maximize pickup rates.
• Accurately update the CRM with call outcomes, lead status, and follow‑up actions.
• Send quarterly Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to nurture past clients and prospects.
• Execute follow‑up plans for leads identified as likely sellers.
• Support database marketing by creating and distributing quarterly newsletters.
• Manage and grow ClearDesk’s social‑media presence on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Maintain detailed, organized client records within the CRM and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound lead generation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations toward intent.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage a high‑volume workload remotely.

Required skills

• Experience with a dialer system that provides local‑presence calling.
• Proficiency in using a CRM platform to track leads and activities.
• Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn for brand visibility and networking.
