Land Acquisition Consultant – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

HDF Energy is seeking a temporary Land Acquisition Consultant based in the Philippines to support renewable energy and hydrogen infrastructure projects. The consultant will start by the end of August 2026 and must be able to travel as required.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, scout, assess, and secure land parcels needed for project development through purchase, lease, easement, or right‑of‑way arrangements.
• Conduct land due diligence, verifying ownership, titles, tax declarations, survey plans, land‑use classification and related documents.
• Engage with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Monitor land‑related applications and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and resolve acquisition issues.
• Negotiate terms, manage relationships, and ensure proper documentation throughout the acquisition process.

Required profile

• Based in the Philippines with the ability to travel easily.
• Available to start by the end of August 2026.
• Experience in land acquisition, due diligence, and stakeholder engagement for infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management capabilities.
