Quality Control Technician II

About the role

Palmetto is seeking a Quality Control Technician II to join its Home division in the Philippines. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and longevity of solar and energy‑storage assets by reviewing project milestones and monitoring system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and close‑out milestone packages, including project documents, photos and design details, to confirm that estimated production aligns with the installed design.
• Drive high‑quality standards for Palmetto-owned assets and identify necessary remediations to maintain portfolio health for up to 25 years.
• Verify solar monitoring platforms for accurate system mapping and proper function of critical components.
• Process project milestone approvals and rejections promptly, communicating outcomes to external partners.
• Support the LightReach division by gathering data that promotes partner accountability and a culture of quality.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented professional able to work with technical documentation and coordinate with partners.
