Quality Control Engineer – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control Engineering Staff member to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on ensuring product compliance with ISO standards and driving continuous improvement in quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
• Conduct inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and outputs.
• Analyze quality data, identify root causes of defects, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or a High School graduate willing to work in quality control.
• Prior experience as a QC Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 standards.
