Quality Control Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join our food manufacturing team. The successful candidate will ensure that raw materials, packaging, and finished products meet all safety and quality specifications through rigorous testing and in‑line inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Conduct in‑line inspections of production processes, storage areas, incoming supplies, and outgoing deliveries.
• Prepare certificates of analysis, evaluation, inspection, monitoring, and non‑conformance reports for traceability.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Review and update test methods and procedures regularly.
• Investigate quality issues and identify root causes of defects.

Required profile

• Graduate in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food testing analysis and in‑line inspection.
• Familiarity with food manufacturing environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Halal and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Ability to calibrate and operate laboratory equipment.
• Experience preparing COA and quality documentation.
• Root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving skills.
