Quality Control Engineer

About the role

The Quality Control Engineer will ensure the highest levels of product quality and compliance with standards across our manufacturing operations. You will implement and maintain quality control processes, conduct inspections, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage quality control processes, procedures, and standards to guarantee consistent product quality.
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests of products, components, and materials to verify conformance to specifications.
• Analyze quality data, including inspection results, non‑conformities, and customer feedback, to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Lead investigations into quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of quality activities, inspection reports, and quality assurance documentation.

Required profile

• Graduate of any engineering course.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or chemistry environment.
• Preferably a licensed engineer.
• Background in ISO 9000 standards.
• Knowledge of the extrusion process or PVC compounding is an advantage.
