Quality Control Analyst – Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Quality Control Analyst to join our food manufacturing team in Laguna. The role focuses on ensuring that raw materials, packaging, and finished products meet strict food safety and quality specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tests and analyses on raw materials, packaging, and end products.
• Perform in‑line inspections of processes, storage areas, incoming materials, and outgoing deliveries.
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis, evaluation reports, inspection reports, monitoring reports, and non‑conformance reports for traceability.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Review and update test methods and procedures.
• Investigate defects and identify root causes of quality problems.

Required profile

• Graduates of Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in food testing analyses and in‑line inspection.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Halal and Food Safety Management Systems.
