About the role
Teleperformance is seeking a Quality Assurance Team Lead for its MOA operations at the Mall of Asia in Manila. The role focuses on managing and overseeing the implementation of short‑term activities within the QA team, ensuring operational decisions are made within a clearly defined scope. It is a full‑time, on‑site position that requires an immediate start. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated QA team in a fast‑paced call centre environment, concentrating on short‑term project delivery and operational excellence.
